Fact SheetsMany legal issues arouse public controversy but at the same time may be complex and easily misunderstood. It is the Bar Council's intention to publish a number of fact sheets drafted by barristers who have experience and authority in the relevant legal areas. These fact sheets may be useful to members of the public, journalists, and anyone working within a legal capacity.
