If you paid by 'e-cheque' then items won't appear for viewing until your payment has cleared, which can take up to a week. Payments by credit or debit card result in instant availability.
Are you logged in? Your videos won't appear unless you're logged in.
Are you logged in - with the same email address that you used when you purchased? It's quite common to have several email addresses, making the purchases using one, and then finding you can't see them when logged in using an alternate account.

You'll need to use the Flip4Mac software, available free, as Microsoft have discontinued their support for streaming video on Macs.
