This lecture covers the responsibilities, practicalities and potential obstacles concerning disclosure in serious and complex cases. Aimed primarily at practitioners 5-10 years’ call and those getting their first junior briefs, this lecture will also benefit whose who have joined the CPS Advocate Panels and Specialist Panels at Levels 3 and 4.
