The Next 100 Years: Join us to celebrate 100 Years of Women in Law
This year marks a momentous anniversary for our legal system – 100 years since the Sex Disqualification (Removal) Act 1919, which paved the way for women in this country to become lawyers for the first time.
To mark the occasion, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and the Bar Council cordially invite you to the 100 Years of Women in Law event on 24th September.
Attendees will have the opportunity to listen and engage with inspiring speakers from across the criminal justice system including Lady Justice Nicola Davies and Chair-Elect of the Bar, Amanda Pinto QC; network with colleagues from both the CPS and other legal services; and discuss the next 100 years.
Join for a night of celebration, honouring those women of past, present and future. Wine and other refreshments will feature too.
To register your interest, RSVP to Nikita Feifel ([email protected]) by 23rd September. Last few places available.
