Please Lobby Your MP Today ‘The Crisis in the Criminal Courts’
On Monday 18th July there will be a meeting at the Palace of Westminster to encourage Parliamentarians of all sides to pull together to address the crisis engulfing the criminal courts:
‘The Crisis in the Criminal Courts’
Monday 18th July, Palace of Westminster
Committee Room on the Lords Corridor 10.30am – 12 noon
We ask all members to lobby their MP by informing them of the meeting and encouraging them to attend.
This will only take you a few minutes.
This will allow you to access a draft letter, inviting your MP to the meeting, accompanied by a briefing note, explaining to them why there is a crisis in the criminal courts.
Simply add your own name and address, when asked (if you want to make any amendments to the letter you can, but you don’t need to) then send both documents directly to your MP with one click. It takes hardly any time at all.
You can also access both documents on the CBA website, if you would prefer to email them to your MP.
Please do this today.
