The Criminal Bar Association is pleased to host a lecture on Sanctions, delivered by a member of the Attorney General’s Civil Panel (A Panel).
Rosemary Davidson practices in public law, extradition, sanctions and crime. She is on the Attorney General’s Civil Panel (A Panel) and is a Grade 4 extradition prosecutor. She is ranked as a leading junior in public law, sanctions and extradition.
In her sanctions practice, she has advised Government departments and law enforcement bodies on policy, acted in designation challenges in the High Court, advised entities under investigation by OFSI and represented a designated person in the first criminal prosecution under the Russia Regulations.
