Wellbeing

The CBA is committed to providing guidance, information and help to members in creating and sustaining safe and healthy working environments.

We have invested in an Employee Assistance Programme, which can be accessed by members, their partners and any dependents between the ages of 16-24 and in full-time education. Members can call the confidential telephone service at any time, as many times as you want and for as long as you need; counselling is available for both emotional and practical issues. You will also have access to the online services, providing information and assistance with common health concerns.

Wellbeing Media Pack

We want to encourage all members of the Bar to promote wellbeing and as part of our strategy to tackle the stigma associated with mental health. This pack contains resources including Wellbeing at the Bar banners and the logo that can be downloaded for use on your website, at events or in literature that you produce.
