Criminal Justice Matters is the Criminal Bar Association’s examination of the criminal justice system and the criminal barristers who prosecute and defend in the criminal courts of England and Wales.

The podcasts are about criminal justice with an overarching theme of why criminal justice matters. Our three part mini series is an insider account from those who know what happens in our courts, why it happens and what needs to change.
