The Criminal Bar Association is pleased to host a lecture on Risk Management and Loss Prevention, delivered by Sarah Tivey and Stacey Sheargold of Thomas Miller Professional Indemnity Ltd, the Managers of Bar Mutual Indemnity Fund Ltd.

This session will address the insurance position and cover that is in place as well as practical issues relating to risk management and loss prevention relevant to those in practice at the Criminal Bar. It is intended to provide helpful guidance on avoiding difficulties before they arise, together with insight into matters which may affect practitioners in the course of their professional work.
