From simple offences such as the possession of cannabis to the most serious assault and sexual offences, the Youth Court hears a wide range of cases, which can prove to be a challenging environment for any advocate. Under the guidance of District Judge Lloyd and Lynda Gibbs QC (Hon) this seminar is intended to help unravel some of the aspects particular to the Youth Court and the advocacy techniques needed to best present your client’s case. This will be most beneficial to those about to start their second six and those in the early stages of their practice.
