Common Platform session for London Bar practitioners – Crown Courts
Common Platform will be implemented in the remaining London Crown courts over the next few months.
HMCTS is running a live awareness session specifically for barristers practising in the London region – there are separate sessions for London LSSCA defence practitioners.
Each online session will provide an overview of how Common Platform work is introduced and integrates with the way you work in the Crown court.
HMCTS will give an overview of account registration, working with an instructing defence organisation and ‘Check-in’ for Common Platform court hearings in the crown court.
Members of HMCTS staff will be available and attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions around the processes and functionality.
Please note that numbers are strictly limited for each session to make sure attendees are able to receive tailored support and advice.
