The speakers, both experienced judges and authors of ‘Essential Magistrates’ Courts Law’will talk about the first hearing in a Magistrates’ Court, the new Sentencing Code and changes to the law since you were at Bar School.

There will also be the opportunity for the audience to ask questions of the speakers, on any aspect of practising in the Magistrates’.
