Problems at Court

The CBA is keen to obtain grass-root evidence / problems experienced at court, including:

  • Heating / Air conditioning – cold or ¬†overheated courtrooms
  • Broken / Crumbling Buildings – ceilings/floors/masonry
  • Basic Hygiene – toilet functioning, soap, female health, safe communal areas
  • Covid: extra surface cleaning
  • Robing rooms – Ventilation / cramped
  • Custody suites. Ventilation / cramped
  • Access to Amenities including client meeting areas
  • Listings
  • CVP Contradictions

Whilst all problems may not be dealt with immediately, any evidence you are able to provide us on the day it occurs, would assist in our discussions with government and the senior judiciary.
