COVID-19 Safety Measures at Court – 05.11.20

Covid-19 cases are rising in the UK. There have been outbreaks of Covid-19 in multiple Court centres over recent weeks. Now more than ever it is vitally important that each of us adhere to Covid-19 safety measures while attending Court.

Here is a link to the most recent HMCTS guidance setting out safety measures at Court.

While inside the Court buildings please ensure that you wear a face covering unless you have a valid reason not to do so. This minimises the Covid-19 risk throughout the estate. Please also remember that the wearing of a face covering does not replace social distancing.

We will be meeting with HMCTS and a number of other bodies representing the court estate over the next fortnight; we will provide you with an update as to those meetings and the concerns you have reported.

If you have any concerns about safety measures at Court please get in contact with us.
