We have drafted this report on Safety in the Magistrates Court which we have submitted to HMCTS.
Furthermore, HMCTS have published guidance for court users. If you’ve been asked to attend a hearing in person at a court or tribunal during the coronavirus outbreak then please ensure you read this guidance.
