The CBA are delighted to announce that there are two candidates for election as Vice Chairman of the CBA. They are Mark Fenhalls QC and Paul Keleher QC.

Whilst it is right that one of the candidates was 26 minutes beyond the deadline for nominations the Officers of the CBA decided in the interests of democracy to allow both nominations to stand.

The candidates will submit manifestos, details of which will be sent to the membership along with full voting details, voting will take place between 9 July – 31 July 2014. 

The successful candidate will assume office on 1 September 2014 and then become Chairman on 1 September 2015.
