Criminal Litigation Advocate
This is an ideal role for a qualified practising criminal barrister looking for a new challenge and is an opportunity to qualify in another jurisdiction, to practice criminal law (based on the English criminal law system). The Isle of Man legal system operates as a fused profession. Full rights of audience are granted to all Manx Advocates across all Courts.
You will have good Microsoft Office skills, excellent attention to detail and must be well organised. Relevant training will be provided on an ongoing basis and you will be given assistance throughout the Manx Bar exams to ensure qualification as a Manx Advocate. All levels of experience will be considered. Competitive salary and remuneration package will be offered as well as assistance with relocation.
