Targeted Outreach programme support available for candidates

The JAC Targeted Outreach programme is focused on improving outcomes for JAC target groups and to help candidates overcome some of the barriers to judicial appointment. The programme is supporting candidates from ethnic minority backgrounds, solicitor candidates, female candidates and those with a declared disability.

Our small team, separate from selection exercise assessments and decisions, engages with candidates from these under-represented groups to provide tailored advice, guidance and access to wider support. The full information and the application form can be found on the Targeted Outreach webpage here.
